Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience supporting students in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement ABA-based interventions
• Collect and track data on student behaviors and treatment progress
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support individualized learning plans
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights for student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards
