Registered Behavior Technician in Essexville, MI

• Current RBT license OR at least 2 years of behavior technician experience in a school-based setting
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles

• Professional, communicative, and organized
• Experience supporting K–12 students, including those with special needs, preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record student data to monitor progress and support individualized programming
• Assist with classroom management and provide direct support to students
• Collaborate in team meetings and communicate effectively with school staff and families
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times
