What we’re seeking:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification and current license
• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral interventions
• Background working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school
• Strong communication skills to foster effective collaboration with teachers, families, and team members
• Ability to implement data-driven treatment plans and adjust strategies as needed
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality standards

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver individualized ABA services to students, focusing on skill development and positive behavior support
• Collect and accurately record data to monitor student progress
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and educational staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
• Support an inclusive, safe, and encouraging atmosphere for all students
• Communicate regularly with parents and school personnel regarding student progress and needs
