In this contract role, you'll play a vital part in delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions in collaboration with educators and other specialists, helping students reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification in good standing
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect precise data on student progress
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to students based on individualized plans
  • Accurately collect and record behavioral data during sessions
  • Assist in creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and therapists to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Conduct reinforcement and redirection strategies to support student engagement and learning
  • Communicate regularly with educational staff and participate in team meetings as required
