Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Prior experience working with students or children in educational or behavioral settings preferred
• Familiarity with applying ABA principles and data collection methods
• Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain professional boundaries

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs within school settings
• Collect accurate data and maintain detailed records of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent support
• Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs and respond to evolving classroom dynamics
