A school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is available in Evansville, WY, on a contract basis. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to support students with behavioral challenges by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection as directed by BCBAs
  • Work directly with students to teach social, communication, and daily living skills
  • Monitor student progress and report findings to the clinical team
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to promote consistency and generalization of skills
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to individual student needs and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to professional growth and development

Location: Evansville, WY (school-based setting)
