Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Evansville, Wyoming

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification, active and in good standing
• Previous experience in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred

• Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
• Familiarity with data collection and reporting practices
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy to students under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in classroom and group settings
• Collect accurate data and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and school staff
• Contribute to positive student outcomes through progress monitoring and ongoing communication
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
