Registered Behavior Technician - Evansville, WY

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adhere to behavioral guidelines
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to varying classroom environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavior support to students
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and related staff to implement behavioral interventions
• Collect data and accurately document student progress and responses
• Assist with the development and modification of behavior support plans
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
