A school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is available in Evansville, WY, on a contract basis. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to support students with behavioral challenges by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection as directed by BCBAs
- Work directly with students to teach social, communication, and daily living skills
- Monitor student progress and report findings to the clinical team
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to promote consistency and generalization of skills
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations
