What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate's Degree (required)
• Experience in a school setting or working with K-12 youth preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to helping students succeed

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavior support to students following individualized plans, under the guidance of certified staff
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education teams to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor student progress
• Assist with daily classroom activities and ensure the safe, engaged participation of students
• Communicate student progress and concerns with appropriate school staff
