What You'll Need:
- Valid OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate’s Degree
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
- Ability to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for promoting positive, inclusive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or designated supervisor
- Support students with behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges within classroom settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to encourage student success and engagement
- Collect, record, and report behavioral data as needed
- Aid in crisis de-escalation and promote positive behavioral supports
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
