What You'll Need:

  • Valid OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate’s Degree
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for promoting positive, inclusive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or designated supervisor
  • Support students with behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges within classroom settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to encourage student success and engagement
  • Collect, record, and report behavioral data as needed
  • Aid in crisis de-escalation and promote positive behavioral supports
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
