Desired Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
• Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies and data collection
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement Behavior Intervention Plans as directed by supervising BCBA

Primary Duties:

• Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver individualized ABA therapy to students
• Provide direct support with behavior management, skill acquisition, and social-emotional interventions
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and caregivers to foster student success
• Support student participation and inclusion within the classroom setting
