What you bring:

• Current RBT certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data collection

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

In this position, you will:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students, following individualized intervention plans
• Collect and document behavioral data to monitor progress and inform instructional adjustments
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and classroom teachers to implement evidence-based strategies
• Facilitate skill development in social, behavioral, and academic areas to foster student independence
• Communicate student progress and challenges to the educational team and families as appropriate
• Participate in professional development and ongoing supervision to enhance your skills
