Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to deliver 1:1 behavioral support and data-driven interventions.
- Proficiency in following behavior support plans and collecting accurate data.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Adaptability to work across elementary, middle, and high school populations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students within classroom and school routines.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect, monitor, and report behavioral data for ongoing assessment and plan adjustment.
- Collaborate with school staff, participating in meetings and updates regarding student progress.
- Promote positive social skills and foster a supportive classroom environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of conduct at all times.
