Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings is highly desirable.
  • Ability to deliver 1:1 behavioral support and data-driven interventions.
  • Proficiency in following behavior support plans and collecting accurate data.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, administrators, and families.
  • Adaptability to work across elementary, middle, and high school populations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students within classroom and school routines.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect, monitor, and report behavioral data for ongoing assessment and plan adjustment.
  • Collaborate with school staff, participating in meetings and updates regarding student progress.
  • Promote positive social skills and foster a supportive classroom environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of conduct at all times.
