Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Fairfax, Virginia

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid certification or credential as a BCBA, Special Education Teacher, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Previous experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD strongly preferred
• Proven ability to implement behavioral interventions and develop individualized education/behavior plans
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support for first-grade students with behavioral challenges
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and behavioral interventions
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records of observations and outcomes
• Collaborate with on-site administrators and participate in team meetings to ensure student success
