This full-time role offers the chance to work closely one-on-one with students during their Extended School Year, allowing you to make a meaningful difference each day. The school offers welcoming support from on-site administration and a collaborative approach to student success.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Experience working with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD highly desirable
  • Background working in school settings or providing behavioral support to children preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting children’s individual growth and fostering a positive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to a 1st grade student in the Extended School Year program
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized behavior intervention plans under guidance from school leadership
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and administration to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Document strategies, participant data, and ongoing observations in accordance with program standards
  • Use evidence-based practices to encourage social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Engage with families and caregivers to facilitate continuity of care and support
