Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Falls Church, Virginia

In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to 1st grade students with behavioral needs in a structured, encouraging environment, alongside dedicated administrative support. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• BCBA, Special Education Teacher certification, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience working in school settings with elementary-aged students
• Strong background in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Work full time (40 hours per week) in a one-on-one setting with 1st grade students
• Implement behavioral strategies and academic supports tailored to each child’s needs
• Track progress and adjust intervention plans as needed in collaboration with administration and staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that enhances learning and personal growth
• Consult with on-site administration to ensure students’ goals and needs are consistently met
