Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current credentials as a Registered Behavior Technician or Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, especially in special education settings
  • Demonstrated success supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to follow behavioral intervention plans and collect data accurately and consistently
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to 1st grade students with behavioral needs
