Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assist with development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavior support plans.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and track student progress.
• Communicate regularly with educators, therapists, and families to provide updates and support.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all student interactions.
• Support classroom staff in promoting positive learning environments and fostering students’ independence.
