Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
- Deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA/clinical supervision
- Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy in one-on-one and group settings within the school
- Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior

- Adjust interventions as needed based on student response and team feedback
- Assist in maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
