Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
  • Deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA/clinical supervision
  • Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
  • Team-player mindset with adaptability and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy in one-on-one and group settings within the school
  • Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and supervising BCBAs
  • Provide positive reinforcement and support for students’ behavioral goals
  • Adjust interventions as needed based on student response and team feedback
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required
