Elementary 1:1 RBT | Fayetteville, North Carolina

Make a difference in the lives of students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working 1:1 within elementary, middle, and high school settings. This contract opportunity offers a chance to support individual students in achieving their behavioral and academic goals using your specialized training in behavioral support and interventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• License or credentials necessary to practice as an RBT
• Experience working in school environments (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Proficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection
• Ability to work effectively in a one-on-one setting with students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Professional, reliable, and able to adapt to a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or similar supervisor
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student needs
• Collect ongoing data and document student progress toward IEP and program objectives
• Assist students in developing social, communication, and life skills within the school setting
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and an encouraging demeanor when assisting students during their daily activities
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school and district policies
