Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with children is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Dependable transportation and, if necessary, a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and satisfy all state employment requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to students within an elementary school setting
• Implement treatment plans crafted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately record session data and maintain thorough documentation
• Support skill development and participate in behavior reduction programs
• Foster clear, effective communication with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Attend trainings, supervision, and scheduled team meetings
• Uphold ethical standards and professionalism at all times
