Make a lasting impact supporting children in an elementary setting as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a valued part of a dedicated and compassionate team, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities, helping them thrive through evidence-based practices. This contract opportunity offers a consistent, daytime Monday–Friday schedule near Federal Way, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children in elementary school environments
  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Accurately collect session data and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Assist with behavior reduction strategies and skill acquisition programs
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors, families, and educational staff
  • Participate in required trainings, supervision, and collaborative team meetings
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all interactions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent; preference for associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with children is advantageous, but not required
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if travel is needed
  • Successful completion of a background check and compliance with state requirements
