Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group behavior intervention sessions under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and document data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote positive behavioral changes
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
  • Maintain detailed and timely session notes in compliance with district and ethical standards
  • Support students with social skills, self-regulation, and goal-setting
