Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Assist with direct instruction, social skills coaching, and positive behavioral supports in classrooms or one-on-one settings
  • Collect accurate data and document student progress for ongoing assessment
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapy team members to support student growth
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines and school policies
