What we’re looking for:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and license
  • Experience working with children or students in school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional, patient, and adaptable demeanor
  • Dependable with excellent punctuality

Key responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement ABA strategies
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care
  • Assist in developing behavioral support plans and strategies
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all ethical standards of practice
  • Communicate regularly with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
