Registered Behavior Technician in Fort Deposit, AL

Immediate opportunities are available for three full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) passionate about supporting students’ behavioral and academic growth in educational environments near Fort Deposit, AL. This contract position will place professionals in school settings where they can make a direct impact, working with either elementary or middle school students, depending on your expertise and preference.

Key Requirements:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to foster rapport with students in one-on-one and small group formats
• Adaptability, patience, and a proactive approach to challenging behaviors
• Comfortable supporting students across a range of ages and developmental levels
