Registered Behavior Technician in Fort Smith, AR

This contract opportunity invites you to work onsite, directly supporting student success under the guidance of a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). What We’re Looking For:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment is highly valued
• Active BCBA licensure and relevant hands-on experience (as required by the district)
• Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary school team
• Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to supporting student growth

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior support and intervention to students in the school setting
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to promote behavioral growth and academic achievement
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a remote BCBA
• Accurately document progress and maintain records as required
• Participate in team meetings (virtually and onsite) to review strategies and adjust plans for student support
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality at all times
