Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: Full-Time | ASAP–May 2027
Setting: Onsite | School-Based

A school district in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide behavioral support to students in a school setting. This onsite opportunity offers the chance to work directly with students while receiving clinical guidance from a virtual BCBA.

Position Details:

1 RBT position available
Onsite school-based position
Assignment runs ASAP through May 2027
Support students within the school setting
Work under the supervision of a virtual BCBA
Provide behavioral and classroom support
Collaborate with school staff and the supervising BCBA

Requirements:

Active RBT certification preferred
Previous experience working with students or children preferred
Behavioral or special education experience is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Patient and dependable approach to student support
Comfortable working in an onsite school environment
