Make an immediate impact in the lives of students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting a dynamic school environment near Fort Wayne, IN! This contract opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis while working collaboratively with students, educators, and specialists to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

In this role, you'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and track data, and work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support student progress. Your compassion and commitment will make a tangible difference every day.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
  • Excellent communication skills with students and staff
  • Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse learning needs
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy within the school setting
  • Carry out behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Accurately record data on target behaviors and program outcomes
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times
