Registered Behavior Technician in Fort Wayne, IN

What We're Seeking:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or adolescents, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Ability to collect data, maintain detailed records, and accurately report on student progress
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions and implement classroom support as outlined in IEPs and treatment plans
• Accurately gather and document behavioral data, maintaining up-to-date progress notes
• Employ de-escalation strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student growth
• Attend relevant training sessions, participate in professional development, and adhere to ethical guidelines set by BACB
