What We're Seeking:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children or adolescents, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Ability to collect data, maintain detailed records, and accurately report on student progress
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions and implement classroom support as outlined in IEPs and treatment plans
- Accurately gather and document behavioral data, maintaining up-to-date progress notes
- Employ de-escalation strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student growth
- Attend relevant training sessions, participate in professional development, and adhere to ethical guidelines set by BACB
