Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
  • Experience delivering 1:1 or small group behavior intervention within school, clinic, or home settings
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and practical experience with data collection and behavior plan implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Must be adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about fostering student success
  • Ability to work independently and under supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Directly implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans for students as developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect ongoing data on student progress and behavior, reporting observations accurately and consistently
  • Support teachers and classroom staff in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings, providing valuable input and communicating student needs or successes
  • Assist in developing supportive strategies for students presenting with challenging behaviors
