Registered Behavior Technician - Franklin, NH

Step into a meaningful role supporting the growth and success of a first-grade student as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a contract position for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity is located in the vibrant area near Franklin, NH and runs from August 2026 through June 2027. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one to deliver essential behavioral and academic support, helping to shape a positive learning environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary-age children
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated, individualized support to a first-grade student
• Implement data-driven behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision
• Track and record student progress accurately
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to meet student goals
• Adapt interventions as needed to promote student engagement and success
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom presence
• Consistently uphold ethical and professional standards

Position Details:

• Contract role for the entire 2026-2027 school year (August–June)
• Full-time schedule: 32.5–37.5 hours weekly
• Work closely with a supportive school team in an engaging educational setting
