Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician).
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or related behavioral needs in a school, clinic, or community-based setting.
• Understanding of behavior intervention strategies and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families.
• Reliable communication, patience, and a strong sense of empathy.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of classroom environments and needs.
• Organizational and documentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data on student behaviors and progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Support teachers and staff in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and participate in meetings as needed.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that empowers students to reach their highest potential.
