Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT credential recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or clinical environment
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and supervisors
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Support students individually or in group settings to enhance positive behaviors and social skills
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and program efficacy
  • Follow prescribed intervention strategies as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Communicate progress and concerns with educators and families
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success plans
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth
