Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a school-based behavior technician
  • Previous experience working within K–12 educational settings is highly desirable
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with educators and families
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to the needs of a school community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect, maintain, and report on data regarding student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure continuity of care and consistent behavioral approaches
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and professional guidelines
