Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. In this full-time, contract role, you’ll be working from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm each day (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), making an impact from your start date through June 5, 2026. This assignment is based in a supportive satellite program environment with a caseload of up to 28 students, allowing you to form meaningful connections and watch your efforts translate into student growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working in school or classroom settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to provide effective student support
  • Commitment to positive behavior intervention and student encouragement
  • Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior support in classrooms during instructional periods and lunch time
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of school specialists
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and administration to support students’ social and academic progress
  • Document student progress and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders
  • Model and reinforce positive behaviors to help students achieve daily goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times
