Registered Behavior Technician in Fremont, CA

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience delivering ABA therapy, particularly in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Carry out behavioral intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on student performance and behavior
• Reinforce positive behaviors and provide support to reduce challenging behaviors
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing plan development
• Foster a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment for students
