Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience delivering ABA therapy, particularly in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Carry out behavioral intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on student performance and behavior
- Reinforce positive behaviors and provide support to reduce challenging behaviors
- Communicate progress and concerns with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing plan development
