In this contract position, you’ll bring your expertise to a team embracing RBTs for the first time, providing vital behavioral support and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive. You will collaborate closely with educators and administrators, and your insights will help shape these new services.
What we’re looking for:
- Current, active RBT certification required
- Previous experience in a school or similar environment preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt in a setting initiating RBT support for the first time
- Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to students
Key responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, following established behavior intervention plans
- Collect and document data on student progress and implement recommended interventions
- Communicate effectively with special education staff, teachers, and administrative team members
- Participate in meetings and contribute to creating supportive strategies for student success
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct at all times
