Help shape student success by supporting children’s social and behavioral development as a Registered Behavior Technician! As an RBT, you'll work closely with students in a self-contained classroom setting, providing essential 1:1 behavioral interventions under the guidance of a supervising BCBA. Your skills will help foster positive change and growth in a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is highly valued
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to student progress
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately
  • Collaborate closely with a supervising BCBA for program development and implementation
  • Support students in achieving individualized behavioral and social goals
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families as needed
