In this contract position, you’ll bring your expertise to a team embracing RBTs for the first time, providing vital behavioral support and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive. What we’re looking for:

• Current, active RBT certification required
• Previous experience in a school or similar environment preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a setting initiating RBT support for the first time
• Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to students

Key responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, following established behavior intervention plans
• Collect and document data on student progress and implement recommended interventions
• Communicate effectively with special education staff, teachers, and administrative team members
• Participate in meetings and contribute to creating supportive strategies for student success
• Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct at all times
