Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if travel is necessary
  • Ability to clear a background check and satisfy state requirements

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for students with autism and related developmental needs
  • Implement individualized interventions as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Accurately collect and document session data
  • Support students in both behavior reduction and skill-building programs
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training sessions
