Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required
- Proficient communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, if travel is necessary
- Ability to clear a background check and satisfy state requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for students with autism and related developmental needs
- Implement individualized interventions as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Accurately collect and document session data
- Support students in both behavior reduction and skill-building programs
- Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, caregivers, and colleagues
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training sessions
