This contract role, located near Gilford, NH, spans from August 2026 through June 2027. Help create a positive, engaging learning experience while working closely with educational teams in a dynamic school environment.

In this position, you will work 32.5–37.5 hours per week, delivering essential one-on-one behavioral support to help a young learner thrive. As an RBT, your expertise will guide interventions and reinforce strategies that promote social, academic, and behavioral growth.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience supporting K-2 students preferred
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach for working with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and an encouraging attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA support to a first-grade student in classroom and school-based settings
  • Accurately implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavior trends
  • Adjust interventions as directed and communicate observations to the supervising team
  • Model positive behavioral supports and reinforce skill-building in daily routines
  • Contribute to progress monitoring, team meetings, and collaborative planning
