This contract role, located near Gilford, NH, spans from August 2026 through June 2027. In this position, you will work 32.5–37.5 hours per week, delivering essential one-on-one behavioral support to help a young learner thrive. As an RBT, your expertise will guide interventions and reinforce strategies that promote social, academic, and behavioral growth.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience supporting K-2 students preferred
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative approach for working with educators, families, and related service providers
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and an encouraging attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA support to a first-grade student in classroom and school-based settings
- Accurately implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavior trends
- Adjust interventions as directed and communicate observations to the supervising team
- Model positive behavioral supports and reinforce skill-building in daily routines
- Contribute to progress monitoring, team meetings, and collaborative planning
