Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Previous experience working with students in a school setting preferred
• Solid understanding of ABA principles
• Ability to follow individualized education and behavior support plans
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to working with children
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to a student returning to school
• Carry out data collection and provide daily progress updates
• Implement behavior intervention plans as provided by supervising BCBA or school staff
• Foster peer interactions and support the student in daily routines
• Act as a reliable support system, promoting skill development and independence
