Registered Behavior Technician in Gilroy, CA

A school in Gilroy, CA is seeking two full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year with the potential to extend through the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, working approximately 6 to 6.5 hours per day depending on the assignment, starting immediately.

Responsibilities include providing intensive, individualized behavioral support to students with significant externalizing behaviors who attend school part-time (2-3 hours per day). When students are not in attendance, the RBTs will assist as needed by supporting a classroom or school site with general behavioral needs. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to varying student needs throughout the school day.

Desired Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Strong experience working with high-needs students exhibiting significant externalizing behaviors
• Ability to provide intensive individual behavioral support
