Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational, clinical, or therapeutic settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection procedures

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other professionals

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined in students' individualized plans
  • Collect and record data on student progress, behavior, and intervention outcomes
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and staff to support student success
  • Provide direct support and positive reinforcement in classroom and one-on-one settings
  • Communicate regularly with families and school teams regarding student progress
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school and agency guidelines
