Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational, clinical, or therapeutic settings preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other professionals
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing school environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions as outlined in students' individualized plans
- Collect and record data on student progress, behavior, and intervention outcomes
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and staff to support student success
- Provide direct support and positive reinforcement in classroom and one-on-one settings
- Communicate regularly with families and school teams regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school and agency guidelines
