• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as a paraprofessional, especially in school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide behavioral support and academic assistance

• Support classroom routines, transitions, and promote positive student interactions
• Assist teachers and therapists in modifying materials and instructional approaches as needed

• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student progress
