Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification in good standing
  • Experience delivering ABA therapy in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring
  • Ability to adapt interventions as needed for individual students
  • Passion for supporting children’s growth and learning

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in classroom environments
  • Collect, record, and report detailed behavioral data
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate observations to staff and families
  • Assist with creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning atmosphere
  • Adapt strategies to meet students’ evolving needs
