What you'll bring:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or young adults in an educational, clinical, or behavioral setting.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection techniques.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, teachers, and families.
• Experience assisting with the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Adaptable, positive attitude and a commitment to making a difference every day.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in accordance with their behavior intervention plans.
• Collecting and recording behavioral data to track student progress.
• Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other school staff to deliver targeted behavioral interventions.
• Assisting students with behavior regulation and skill-building throughout the school day.
• Participating in planning meetings and contributing insights to inform ongoing interventions.
• Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic growth in the classroom setting.
