Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, therapy teams, and families
• Ability to maintain detailed and confidential documentation of student progress
• Adaptable and patient, with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions and one-on-one support to students as outlined in individualized education or behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors with accuracy and attention to detail
• Implement programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols
• Collaborate closely with school staff to adapt interventions and strategies to student needs
• Engage with parents and caregivers regarding progress and effective strategies to reinforce behavioral goals at home
• Monitor student engagement and safety at all times, including in classroom and community-based instruction
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
