Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in school settings, especially with K-8 students, is highly valued
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and guardians
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to serving children with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students
• Participate in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans alongside school professionals
• Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
• Communicate regularly with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and educational teams
• Support classrooms in the development of positive routines and reinforcement strategies
• Foster a supportive, encouraging atmosphere that empowers every student
