Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to collect and interpret behavioral data accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability within a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and other staff to deliver targeted behavioral interventions
- Implement individualized behavior support plans and monitor student progress
- Collect and record data to inform ongoing treatment decisions
- Support students in classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions
