Registered Behavior Technician - Greenacres, WA

Make an impact working with students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide valuable behavior intervention services in an educational setting, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions with children or adolescents
• Knowledge of data collection and progress monitoring practices
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and families
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and professionalism in a school environment

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior support to students as outlined in individual plans
• Collect, record, and summarize data on students’ behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and special education staff
• Implement positive reinforcement systems and proactive behavior management techniques
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and share insights
• Help develop materials, visuals, and reinforcement systems that support behavioral goals
