Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Greenacres, WA

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collect and interpret behavioral data accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability within a team environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and other staff to deliver targeted behavioral interventions
• Implement individualized behavior support plans and monitor student progress
• Collect and record data to inform ongoing treatment decisions
• Support students in classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions
