Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Previous experience working with children or young adults, especially in educational or clinical settings
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
  • Capacity to follow behavior intervention plans and collect consistent, accurate behavioral data
  • Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one and small group ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect, track, and report behavioral data utilizing established protocols
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student engagement and learning
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Participate in regular training, meetings, and professional development activities
