Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience in K-12 settings, particularly elementary, middle, or high school environments
  • Ability to work effectively 1:1 with students, providing close behavioral support
  • Current and valid license, as required by state regulations
  • Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
  • Professionalism and adaptability in a school setting
  • Familiarity with data collection, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes is a plus

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Deliver direct behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through structured behavior programs
  • Track, record, and report student progress and behavioral data accurately
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service staff
  • Adapt strategies and interventions to suit individual student needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Help facilitate a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
