Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification
- Experience in K-12 settings, particularly elementary, middle, or high school environments
- Ability to work effectively 1:1 with students, providing close behavioral support
- Current and valid license, as required by state regulations
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Professionalism and adaptability in a school setting
- Familiarity with data collection, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes is a plus
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through structured behavior programs
- Track, record, and report student progress and behavioral data accurately
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service staff
- Adapt strategies and interventions to suit individual student needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Help facilitate a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
