Registered Behavior Technician in Greenville, AL

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or clinical settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral interventions in 1:1 or small group environments
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and BCBAs to implement effective strategies
• Foster an encouraging and structured atmosphere that supports learning and growth

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and agency guidelines
