Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Greenwood, Arkansas

Make a significant impact in the educational setting by providing essential behavioral support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite under the guidance of a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting students and staff while contributing to a positive learning environment.

Your role will be key in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting students’ progress. Ideal candidates bring expertise and dedication to fostering growth for children in a school setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• BCBA licensure and hands-on experience in behavioral interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and students
• Ability to work reliably onsite through the duration of the contract (ASAP – May 2027)
• Adaptable and able to thrive under virtual supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral intervention services to students under the direction of a BCBA
• Track student progress and collect data on behavioral goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement intervention strategies
• Maintain excellent records and documentation of each session
• Attend meetings and virtual supervision sessions as required
• Support a safe, inclusive, and positive educational environment for all students
