Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or clinical environments
  • Familiarity with implementing ABA therapy and behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to document progress and follow outlined protocols accurately
  • A compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with students to implement personalized behavior strategies
  • Collect data on student progress and response to interventions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, BCBAs, and families
  • Assist in developing and adjusting intervention plans as guided by BCBA supervision
  • Model positive behavior support techniques for staff and families
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times
