Desired Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or educational setting
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with teachers and staff
- High degree of professionalism, organization, and reliability
- Ability to follow behavioral plans and guidance from supervising BCBA/clinical staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students as outlined in individualized plans
- Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain thorough records as directed
- Work under the supervision of BCBAs to implement behavior intervention strategies in the classroom or other designated school settings
- Participate in team meetings and assist with progress monitoring for each assigned student
- Offer support and guidance to staff and teachers regarding best practices for student engagement and behavior management
- Uphold ethical and compassionate standards of care at all times
