Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or educational setting
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with teachers and staff
  • High degree of professionalism, organization, and reliability
  • Ability to follow behavioral plans and guidance from supervising BCBA/clinical staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students as outlined in individualized plans
  • Collect accurate behavioral data and maintain thorough records as directed
  • Work under the supervision of BCBAs to implement behavior intervention strategies in the classroom or other designated school settings
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with progress monitoring for each assigned student
  • Offer support and guidance to staff and teachers regarding best practices for student engagement and behavior management
  • Uphold ethical and compassionate standards of care at all times
