Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RBT credential required
- Experience working with children or within school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA therapy principles and data collection
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision
- Support students according to individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collect and document accurate behavioral data throughout sessions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for program adjustments
- Communicate progress and concerns to educators, BCBA, and families as appropriate
- Ensure all session notes and compliance documentation are completed timely
- Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm working in diverse classroom settings
