Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT credential required
• Experience working with children or within school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA therapy principles and data collection
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision
• Support students according to individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collect and document accurate behavioral data throughout sessions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for program adjustments
• Communicate progress and concerns to educators, BCBA, and families as appropriate
• Ensure all session notes and compliance documentation are completed timely
• Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm working in diverse classroom settings
