Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Gulfport, Mississippi

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or students with behavioral challenges strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organized, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to adapt to new environments and tailor interventions as needed

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for students
• Collect and record data related to student progress
• Provide direct, one-on-one or small group behavioral support
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote generalization of skills
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing professional development
