Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents, particularly in educational settings, strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or group ABA therapy to students as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Accurately collect data and document session activities
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support and intervention strategies
• Provide feedback and progress updates to teachers, staff, and families

• Participate in training and professional development as required
