Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working in school settings with children or adolescents preferred
  • Understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
  • Ability to document session notes and data collection accurately and promptly
  • Adaptability to shift priorities and respond to the changing needs of students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and instructional strategies
  • Accurately collect data on student progress during sessions
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and supervisory staff
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant school policies
