Middle School Certified Registered Behavior Technician in Hampstead, NC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RBT certification and active license required
• Experience working in school settings, ideally across varied age groups (elementary, middle, high school)
• Understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Comfortable providing individualized 1:1 student support
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators and staff
• Ability to adapt behavioral plans as needed and document student progress consistently

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned students, delivering high-quality 1:1 behavior support in accordance with IEP and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record ongoing data to track student goals and progress
• Implement strategies and interventions designed by BCBA supervisors
• Communicate with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure consistency of support
• Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Uphold all ethical and professional standards required for RBTs in school settings
