Elementary High School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Happy Valley, Oregon

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Current state licensure as needed for school-based roles
• Experience providing 1:1 support to students with diverse needs

• Committed to following ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
• Experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions as outlined in students’ plans
• Work closely with educators and other staff to ensure consistent support
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately on a daily basis
• Adapt strategies as needed to fit changing student needs
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment where students can succeed
• Attend team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Communicate progress with staff and families as appropriate
