Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Valid state licensure as applicable
  • Experience working in schools or educational settings is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable providing 1:1 support to students of varying ages and needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to fostering student success

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students on an individual basis
  • Collect and document data accurately on student progress and behavior plans
  • Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and educational teams
  • Support classroom staff in maintaining a positive, productive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
  • Ensure compliance with school guidelines and ethical standards at all times
