This full-time, contract opportunity runs from ASAP through May 28, 2027, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours. Supervision is provided by a district BCBA, fostering your development and expertise in applied behavior analysis within an educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active or inactive RBT certification (expired certifications ineligible; verification required)
  • 1–2 years of experience working as an RBT, preferably in a school setting
  • Experience collecting behavioral and classroom data
  • Skills supporting students who may require physical intervention
  • Comfortable assisting students with bathroom/toileting needs if needed
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work the entire school day, with no late arrivals or early departures

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Support students with varying needs across elementary, middle, and high school (hours ranging approximately from 8:00 AM to 3:40 PM depending on assignment)
  • Record and report data on student progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate consistently with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
  • Assist in creating positive, structured classroom environments
  • Be flexible with assignment placements and possible variations in school locations, with final assignments provided shortly before start date
